i have a weird turtle

yes im talking about my biggest male box turtle brutis lol hes so funny i had him out running in the living room floor and i went to sweep up some dirt off the floor and he chased the broom all around the room then every where i went he watched or followed then i put him back in his cage becouse i was trying to fix dinner and sure anuff under my feet so he got put back in his cage and now he sat up head held high proud as a peacock just watching sitting in his cage

Ain't that cute when they stick their heads up like 'PEACOCKS' It's just more than I can handle I just laugh. I think I had an escape cpl. turtles cause I can't find them. Hope they are just doing the South Fla. hybernation thing. We got cold weather warnings tonite. Maybe down to the 30's . I love it . Melodie made me turn on the heat tonite. lololOMG.So right now its 71 in the house and the birds have their heat and I threw Timothy Hay in with the torts. Heck It ain't bad but 'Girls' . such wimps.

well the funniest part was him chasein after the broom but hes such a proud turtle any way i think he was so proud of his self after his big adventure out of the cage lol he just stretched his head up high and all proud

hopefully you find those thats missing i know its supposed to warm up some this week but at night its ben chillie here melodie wouldnt last long here lol becouse its 32 here right now and we hardly have any heat on in the house she would freeze lol shoot its supposed to get up to 50 this week witch will be nice but us thick blood ppl can handle it a bit better then you thin blooded sunny florida ppl can handle lol tho i wont lie it does get really cold here some times but its mostly the wind chill that sucks if the wind didnt blow it wouldnt be as bad but our snow melted away the other day so its ben chillie day time but gets colder at night

Oh, how cute! It's like Brutis was playing. People who say that turtles "don't do anything" probably don't let them out and interact with them. Turtles, like people, need stimulation to keep life interesting.

Yesterday, while I was cleaning my water turtles' tank, my little Three-Toed Boxie kept chasing my bare feet and trying to bite my toes. I know he wasn't hungry, since he had just been fed. So I guess he was just having a little fun, LOL.

Aw... Now thats just cute.
I want to get a turtle so bad. When the time is right, I know the right one will be there. They sounds like they have such fantastic personalities!

LOL playing footsy my females will go after my toes when i would have to step into there big pen but when there out running around there just into everything and with brutis hes allready tryed romancing my redfoot thru the glass of the cages and i dont think he even relizes she isnt his type lol

some of them do my males have the most personalitys becouse there like clowns

One of my male Boxies goes after my RES when she's on the floor! I guess, to a turtle, anything with a shell is fair game, LOL!

lol some dont care if there is a shell or not anything is fair game to a male turtle lol
