| you have to be careful with corn cob bedding becouse it can harbor bad bacteria i dont know if it would for spiders but i do know for furry critters like rabbits mice and hamsters it does and i know when i tryed it on turtles that was a nightmare for ever mold growing and it smelled awful | |

| Rosies like it really dry, so if her substrate is wet, she'll stay off of it until it dries out. Yup... Shes pouting. LOL | |

| I had alot of trantulas in my old feeble life time.We always used corn cobb cause it was dry. Spiders don't really secretet alot of moisture and it stays dry. i wouldn't use it for rabbits ar mice or any furry critter but soidies like ,at least all the ones I ever had did. |

| My oldest son has 4 trantulas right now. He got that spidiy habit from me. When he was young and I was recently singled lol I got my first trantula. I think that was OMG 1976. Dang . So I got a Mexican red leg. Bobby used to stay the weekend and he would carry her every where on his shirt. Too Cool. Then I got a chance to get a Haitian Pink toed 'Little Bugger' Then I was hooked. So I had about twenty or so Trantulas. I even had a couple at work when I was a 'boss'. And one of my Secertaries ended up keeping a cinnamim spidie I had at work. I love them and would like more But Melodie hates them. When my last one died she said no more. So then it was turtles, torts, and 1 Zard and now froggies. Compulsive Excessive Diss order for dang sure. But WTF. Im retired and dumb. Did I ever tell yall I like snakes also lololol I want one 'BUTT' |

| well you could just get a bag of dry litter and add on top of hers so she will stop pouting other wise you will have to remove her and take paper towels and try to hand dry her litter best thing to do is have her litter ready and dry befor it ever goes in her tank they hate wet grounds | |

| Thats pretty much it. She'll need her substrate changed completely. I've tried drying the Eco Earth in the oven, too. Just got it hot and moist. That stuff can be a total pain. I'm assuming, since its wet, you had it in brick form? If you can't find it in the bag, you can try using some regular, clean, chemical free potting soil. I think I remember hearing about some keeping Rosies on sand, too.
Dangit! Wheres Stalker when you need him??!! He would know all this stuff! | |

| well i wouldnt be right away i mean shes ben upset over wet litter and now shes got new dry ground so i think she might just need to settle down and get used to her new substrate shes kinda ben abit stressed and upset and now that she has something new in her cage she might just need time to settle down and get used to the new stuff id give her time i think its just stress of all going on just keep an eye on her she may come around once she settles down | |

| Did I mention Rosies are notoriously "anal retentive"? LOL Try to remove the crickets and give her a few days to settle in to her new digs. It may take a week, but she'll be fine. Rosies are just fickle by nature. | |
