They're Western Diamondback Rattlers.

So, I'm just dying to ask this, I know your male mellows out in your yard. It looks like you tried that with the female, does she mellow out too? I'm not suggesting you screw with her, just asking

Kelly, I don't know? I don't know for sure this is nothing more than a guess on my part but she is SO much more nippy and high strung than he is or ever was. I'm really thinking that the guy I got her from would sit around with his buddy's drinkin beer and teasing her getting her to strike at the glass. She just doesn't seam right to me.
If we ever get a sunny day with temps in the 80's or so I plan on taking them both out in the yard to see how she is.

Well, with as gorgeous as she is, I can't imagine anyone tormenting her like that, and yet, I can see it happening soooo well. People really upset me sometimes, I'm glad you got her now. Just keep your guard up and do your best to spoil her

You know I will. These guys are my baby's! Even above my spiders. These guys come first no matter what. I'm actually surprised Jetta let me get another one since these guys get all my spare time and attention.

I'm seriously trying to get some babies by the end of 2010 or the beginning of 2011. That is my personal goal
