I think yall know I got a baby Pinktoe trantula. I have been keeping her in a small plastic container till she grew up some. How long should I wait to put her in a larger aboreal cage? She is three times the size as I got her sorry my camera is broken so a pic is hard to do. Just wondering.

Well, what's its leg span and what's the size of the container its in now?

Her leg span is 1 inch. The plastic container is 2 cups.I am not in any hurry I just want to know if she needs a bigger home. My pink toe spidie Icon_smile

At one inch, probably the biggest container I would go with would be the size of a regular soda can. Any larger and it might have a problem finding its prey when its dropped in. The smallest I would go with would probably be two inches high and an inch wide. 2 cups worth of space would probably work well. Just remember, they like height, and I think you'll find that they pace around and around and around, kind of entertaining if you ask me Very Happy
