It's a farce. Look how close the snake is to the camera and how far away the guy is in the back ground. It's a common trick done with the camera. They did the same thing with the camel spiders in Iraq.
If that snake was 15' long they wouldn't be able to lift it and get it's tail off the ground.

I say that snake is no longer than 5 or 6' long and I even think 6' would be stretching it. I have a 4' western diamond back and I could make him look like he was 8 or 9' doing the same thing they did.
