Actually Mike my friend has another Aldabra that is staying at a friends house till Mike get the courage to tell his partner he has it. His partner is mad at him for spending so much $ on critters.He wanted me to hold the new baby aldabra till he broke the news but my wife said if it comes here it aint going back. She loves her turts and torts hjahahaha

OMG Tom, what gorgeous Aldabras! A friend of mine who lives in Florida rescued one that's about 33 years old now and weighs almost 300 lbs. I'm so jealous; I'd love to have one of those big guys! But our winters get mighty cold up here in Ohio, and provisions would have to be made for large indoor quarters. I couldn't even have a Sulcata, let alone an Aldabra. Crying or Very sad

This Tortoise isn't mine but a friend that got me started with turtles and torties. The big boy is Wallace he's 4 years old . Mike got him at eight months old.Very gental giant, but can mistake a finger for food lo0l.Should grow to 250 Lbs. or so.Second largest torts behind the Glapagos torts. Very good climbers as they come from moutainious Island.Th othr two ar Jeffery 1 1/2 yr and Pearl 1 1/2 yearBrother and sister. She is very small for her age.
