Is it normal for them to lay a day apart like this?

Its interesting that they would lay a day apart, that's something that surprises me too! Really cool, let's hope for lots of healthy baby birdies!

Nature allows the eggs to be layed every other day so the mom can recover from laying and also the babies should hatcha day apart . Not unusual at all with most birds as a rule.Six is a good number of eggs for a first time clutch. As a rule all wont hatch but four seems to be the 'majik' #. of live birdies. Congrats to you and Wayne on yalls birdie nativity scean lol.New kids on the block cool. rendeer

birds must develop eggs really fast. you will never, ever, convince me that a love bird had 5 eggs in it at the same time. if the birds are taking care of the eggs, then you got no worries. I dont recall ever having bad eggs with the cockatiels. then again, i dont recall their names either.
