Now, here is an odd one. A shipment from California at my work brought this in, and its quite ironic. This is known as the Tarantula Hawk, a wasp that paralyzes a tarantula with its sting. It drags the tarantula back to its burrow and lays a larva on it, which eats it for nourishment until it matures.

Did yall want the trantula Hawk? I heard about them before but didn't think you could get one and then why would any one want one?

Actually, I found it at work. I was in a box from California, and we caught it so we could identify it. When we reallised what it was, I decided to take it home and get some photos of it. It didn't last very long, no idea why, but it died shortly after
